How it works

What happens when we collect you

  1. Your flight is watched

    You give us the flight number when you book. We see the actual landing time and move the pick-up ourselves.

  2. The chauffeur parks and comes in

    No call from a car park, no searching. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, whichever terminal you land at.

  3. Luggage, then away

    We take the bags, you get in. Water is in the car and the Wi-Fi is on. The price has been fixed since we confirmed it.

Questions about airport transfers

Where exactly do we meet at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, just past the exit from the customs area. The chauffeur holds a name board. You do not need to call and you do not need to walk to a car park.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We watch the flight number and move the pick-up automatically. 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included in the fixed price, so you pay no surcharge because the airline was late.
Are parking and waiting time in the price?
Yes. The fixed price shown covers the car, the chauffeur, airport parking, the motorway vignette and the included waiting time — VAT included.
Can you take us to the airport as well?
Yes, both directions at the same rate. For departures we plan the pick-up from your flight time and the traffic — just tell us how much buffer you want at the terminal.
