A chauffeur, not a car service

Lucare AG is a Zurich chauffeur company, founded in 2020 by Sabijan Murtezi, for clients who have to be able to rely on every journey: business travellers, companies, tour operators and their guests. Our team brings 40 years of combined experience in chauffeur service. For events and delegations we provide up to 20 vehicles together with selected partner companies — with one contact, one fixed price and one invoice.

24 hours a day, seven days a week. For recurring journeys a regular chauffeur on request, one who knows your habits: which route, what temperature, whether there is conversation or not.

What stays in the car, stays there

The cars carry no advertising. The chauffeur will drive without conversation if you prefer. Calls taken in the back are an ordinary part of the day and go unremarked.

Met with a name board in the arrivals hall, 60 minutes of waiting time after landing included. We follow the flight number and move the pick-up ourselves.

A framework agreement with monthly invoicing instead of loose receipts, a cost centre on every journey, roadshows with several stops in a day.

No surprise at the kerb: the vehicle class is in your confirmation, and that is what arrives. The per-kilometre rate is the same for both — the decision comes down to people and luggage.

Latest generation. The choice for business appointments and airport transfers, when you want to work or take calls on the way.

Questions about the chauffeur service

What is the difference between a chauffeur service and a taxi?
Three things. The price is settled before the journey rather than after it. The car and the chauffeur are agreed in advance rather than assigned. And the car is there at the time you arranged, instead of being called once you are already outside. A taxi is built for spontaneous trips, a chauffeur service for planned ones.
Can you provide several vehicles at once?
Yes. For events, roadshows, delegations and groups we provide up to 20 vehicles with chauffeur — our own and those of selected partner companies. You have one contact, one fixed price and one invoice. For recurring journeys we can assign a regular chauffeur on request, one who knows your habits.
Which vehicles are available?
The latest-generation Mercedes S-Class for up to three passengers and the Mercedes V-Class for up to seven, with seats that can face each other. The vehicle class is in your confirmation. For events and delegations we provide up to 20 vehicles at the same time.
Can I hire a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Hourly charter starts at two hours for CHF 150 per hour, in the S-Class or the V-Class. The car and the chauffeur stay with you the whole time, waiting included — for business appointments, shopping, evening events or a full day.
Where do you drive?
Zurich and the surrounding area as the core, and the whole of Switzerland beyond it — Lucerne, Bern, Basel, Davos, St. Moritz, Zermatt, Geneva. We also drive across the border, regularly to Milan, Munich, Stuttgart and Innsbruck.
How late can I book?
For journeys in and around Zurich, three hours' notice is usually enough. Long distances, weddings and WEF week in Davos want more lead time; WEF week is regularly full months in advance.
How discreet is the journey?
What is said in the car stays there. The cars carry no advertising, and the chauffeur will drive without conversation if you prefer. For corporate clients we record preferences once and keep to them on every journey.
Can I be invoiced?
Yes. Alongside TWINT, card and cash, payment on account is possible, due within ten days. Corporate clients on a framework agreement receive a monthly invoice with a cost centre and internal reference per journey.
